Gmail Not Receiving SocialPlus Emails - How to fix it

Gmail recently updated their algorithms, meaning that the majority of all Gmail users will find their emails being sent to their Spam folder, or not received at all. Here is how you can fix it.

The most likely reason why you don't see our e-mails is because it's in your spam folder. If that's the case, simply find it, and mark it as "Not spam". (Please note that links wont be clickable before you mark it as "Not spam"). If you still don't see it in your spam folder, please follow the simple instructions in this article, so you'll never miss another important e-mail from us again! You might need to contact us afterwards, in order for us to resend any e-mail you may have missed.

For iCloud users: (@me.com, @icloud.com and @mac.com). We are aware of iCloud users having issues with receiving our e-mails. Please try to whitelist our email address ([email protected]) or use another e-mail provider such as Gmail.

Please follow the steps below to ensure that you always receive our emails in your primary inbox. Note: These steps should be performed on a desktop computer, and not a tablet or mobile device.

1. To begin, log into your Gmail account using a desktop device, and click on the settings-icon on the right side.

2. Then select "Settings" from the drop down menu.

3. Find "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the menu, and click on it.

4. On that page, click on "Create a new filter".

5.Next, please type into the "From" field "[email protected]" and then click on "Create filter".

6.You can then choose a bunch of options, click on "Never send it to Spam", and make sure that it's ticked. Then click on "Create filter".

You're all set!

Once these steps has been completed, you shouldn't have any trouble receiving emails from us again. If you were expecting another email from us, please reach out to our support, to ask us to resend it.
